The hotel has a nice location and a private beach. The rooms have normal standard and a nice balcony.

The straff were not service minded and the rooms were a little small.

The hotel is great but the Marina Grosetto is dead during off season, so avoid this place from October to March

This hotel is perfect for those who want to be in the center of things. It's just a short walk from the lively beach, but surprisingly quiet inside. the rooms are comfortable, with a pleasant view from the balcony. the friendly staff ensure everything is kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast is good, though they could add more hot dishes. the hotel is an excellent choice for its central location and the quality of the service.

There are some minor issues with the WiFi connection, but it’s still usable for basic needs.

Excellent hotel! It must be one of the best in Marina di Grosseto. The suits are big in size and have a fantastic view of the sea and the islands. The balcony is big and has a table with chairs. The air is very fresh in rooms even if its 35c outside, so we never had to use air conditioner. The interior is in traditional Tuscany style and is very pretty.

This hotel was great location in the centre of all the activity, close to the beach and had helpful staff. The room was clean and came with good hotel facilities.

Amazing value for money. Got the top floor suite with direct frontal view of the sea. Beach is right in front of the hotel, and is one of the few relatively empty beaches I have seen in italy. The hotel breakfast is great with lots of variety and fresh fruits. The hotel is run by a family, and all are very friendly. Free wifi-internet and immediate access to the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, with the busy beach just a stone's throw away, yet still peaceful and quiet. The hotel is right in the center of all the activity, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We loved the room amenities, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, and cozy sitting area. The terrace provided a stunning view of the sea, and we enjoyed dining at the restaurant and relaxing at the bar/lounge area. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

Good breakfast, nice and big double room, both with A/C. Big balcony.

Very poor internet connection.

The hotel was situated very close to the beach and had a great restaurant with delicious food. the air conditioning in the rooms worked well and made the stay more comfortable during the hot weather. the staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

The WiFi was slow and not very reliable, which made it difficult to do some important work. the breakfast had limited options and lacked hot dishes, which was disappointing.
